Refund Policy

1. A return authorization number must be obtained from Splendid Gifts during our regular business hours within seven business days of receipt of shipment.
2. When calling for return authorization number please specify customer name / order number for the shipment in question.
3. Used or Misused merchandise/items without original packing will not be accepted.
4. All return authorization numbers will expire in 30 days after issue date. Returned merchandise must be received by this date.
5. Return authorization must be written on the outside of each box being returned, underneath the ship to address.
6. A copy of the invoice or a letter listing items being returned with the reason for returning them, must be included in the box.
7. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer and returned to our warehouse at 140 Ethel RD, West, Suite-A, Piscataway, NJ 08854. Returns made to any other location will not be our responsibility.
8. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned back to shipper at the expense of the customer. Buyer is responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by carrier.
